What to bring: Bring yourself. Bring a journalling notebook and pen. Bring yourself wearing old clothes because we are making art. Also, and only if inclined, bring something personal to the workshop that 'stands out to you'. Have you saved an old letter, is there a special photo that you gravitate toward? Is there a recurring thought or idea that you are attached to? Bring it! No worries if nothing jumps out at you. Your presence is all that is actually needed.
